Microsoft Comes Out with A New Laptop Aimed Towards Students

This Tuesday, Microsoft announced that they will be coming out with a new Surface Laptop. It includes all the same features as the Surface but with a longer battery life of 14.5 hours of video streaming. It also includes the new updated Windows 10 S, up to 512GB SSD, fabric keyboard, is compatible with the Surface Pen, and weighs less than 3 lbs. Personally, I am still aiming for the Surface Book because of it's versatility, but the Surface Laptop looks to be a very good investment, especially since it starts at $999 compared to the Surface Book starting at $1,499.
